Ingredients
  • We use high-quality ingredients to create our delicious cakes, cupcakes, and other treats. Please note that our products may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, or other allergens.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies before confirming your order. We will do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee complete allergen-free products due to the presence of allergens in our bakery.

  • You are also responsible for informing your guests of any allergy information. It Sprinkles will not be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.
Product Freshness
  • All our baked goods are created fresh for your special occasion. We recommend enjoying them on the day of purchase for the best taste and quality.
Quotes & Orders
  • We recommend placing your order at least 14 days in advance, especially for custom cakes, as our schedule fills up quickly. We will try our best to accommodate short-notice orders, subject to availability.
  • If you provide a picture or photo of a cake from another bakery, please understand that our design will be our interpretation of that product and may not be an exact replica.
Deposits
  • To secure your order date, a non-refundable deposit of 100% is required within 7 days of booking.

  • If you refuse a finished product that matches your order and invoice, the deposit will not be refunded. You can choose to pay the remaining balance and take the product, or leave it at the bakery.

Unforeseen Circumstances
  • In the rare event that we need to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), we will issue a refund only if we havent purchased any products or starting any work on the order. We usually start work on the order 10 days before the delivery date, cancellations before 10 days may be eligible for partial refunds. We do not guarantee full refunds for any orders.

Payments & Pick-up
  • The remaining balance for your order is due on or before the pick-up date. Payment must be received before the product leaves our bakery.
  • We accept cash and electronic transfers. For cash payments, please try to bring exact change as we may not have enough on hand.
  • Electronic transfers must clear in our account before the product leaves the bakery.
 
Product Care & Responsibility
  • Please inspect your order carefully before leaving the bakery. Once you pick up your product, you are responsible for its safe transport and storage according to our instructions to maintain optimal quality and taste.
 
Delivery
  • We offer delivery services for certain areas within Austin. Delivery fees will be applied at our discretion.
  • We will deliver your order safely and securely. Once the product is delivered and received by you in good condition, it becomes your responsibility to store and care for it as per our instructions. We are not liable for any damages that occur after the delivery exchange.
  • A delivery date and time will be confirmed in advance. If you are not present at the designated location and we cannot reach you, we will return the product to the bakery. You will then be responsible for pick-up.
 
Publication
  • We reserve the right to use images of our products for promotional purposes on our website and social media platforms.
 
Equipment Rentals
  • A deposit is required for any rented equipment. Equipment must be returned on the agreed-upon date, or additional charges may apply. Any damaged equipment will result in a reduction of your deposit to cover repair or replacement costs.
Additional Terms
  • Damage: If a third party picks up your order, they will be required to sign a release form acknowledging that the product was received in good condition.
  • Pick-up: You are liable for any damage to the product once it leaves our bakery.
  • Refunds/Cancellations/Postponements:
      • Postponements: Contact us immediately if you need to reschedule your event. The new date will be subject to availability.
      • Cancellations:
        • A full refund will be issued, minus the deposit and cost of any supplies already purchased, if you cancel your order at least one month before your event date.
        • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than ten days before your event.
        • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.
